Trials open twice a year
Nova Syndicate runs open trials in January and July for the academy squad. Four spots this cycle, two already reserved for internal promotions.
- 01 Minimum rank: Ascendant 2 or equivalent in your primary title, verified by replay.
- 02 Age 16 or older on the trial date, with guardian consent under 18.
- 03 Available for a five day trial block in Manchester, travel covered by the org.
- 04 A submitted VOD reel, three matches minimum, first person perspective.
